Quilts and Quilting Services: All quilt sales and quilting services are final and are not subject to returns. If you are not satisfied with your quilt, please notify Tia Curtis Quilts within five (5) days of receipt.
Fabric: If you are not satisfied with your fabric purchase, then send back your fabric and Tia Curtis Quilts will provide you store credit toward your next purchase of fabric.
Downloaded Purchases: All downloaded digital pattern purchases are final and cannot be returned. No refunds or store credit is available for downloaded purchases.
Color Variations: Please be aware that computer and tablet screens have color variations that may not reflect the true color of the product when delivered.
Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
