These quilted and painted zipper bags celebrate my love of Midlevel Marginalia. Each one is totally unique and created by me. Each bag is lined with a happy stripe fabric and has a sturdy metal zipper as well as a leather tab on the side. I quilted each on with my long arm and surrounded the little characters with flowers, trees and mushrooms. Some have chickens or birds and accompany the little battle hares. They all tell a little story for you to interrupt as you see fit. Then I painted them with fabric paint and InkTense blocks. These bags are quirky, but so very fun. I hope you find one you love.
Marginalia Bag #10 features a battle hare on a hound on one side and a green hydra dragon with blue wings on the other side. This zipper bag is 10.5” wide by 9” tall and weighs 3oz.
